If you are not pleased with any item purchased from us, call us to get an authorization for return number at 800-464-5377. Return the item within 30 days from purchase and we will issue a refund, credit or replacement. If the item is unused and in original condition, your refund/credit will be for the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling.* If you have tried one or more cigars from the box or bundle and they are not to your taste, we will refund or credit your purchase price less the individual price of the cigars you've smoked.

*We pay for return shipping if your package was damaged when it reached you, or if your shipment is otherwise imperfect. You must pay for return shipping if the merchandise you ordered simply does not suit your personal preference.
